We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not issue a refund on original shipping charges.
Process for Refunds

Include your order details, a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation or photographs, if applicable.
Our team will review your request and respond to you within 14business days. If your refund is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will be liable for any shipping costs to send back to you.

Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 -10 working days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
We recommend you inspect your order once it has been delivered.
In the case of a faulty or damaged product, we may offer the option of a replacement item instead of a refund, subject to product availability, a case-by-case solution or decision will be provided.
Once the 14-day grace period from date of delivery has passed, Two + One The Label will not be able to provide a refund, exchange or replacement
Sale Items
We do not exchange/refund sale goods. These item/s are final sale item/s and can’t be returned unless deemed faulty. This includes sample sale goods.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the refund process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange in your request. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request based on product availability. Any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item may be subject to additional charges or refunds.
